Requirements
- 1+ years in VA, executive assistant, operations, or support roles
- Fluent written and verbal English; clear, professional tone
- Comfort with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and overlap with agreed collaboration hours
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable with async communication
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, email triage, and meeting coordination
- Maintain CRM records, light reporting, and internal documentation
- Handle client and team inquiries, onboarding steps, and task handoffs
- Coordinate projects, deadlines, and follow-ups across time zones
- Keep files, templates, and workflows organized and up to date
